Samantha is a multidisciplinary performer and producer. Growing up in the beautiful mountain-lined town of Calgary, Alberta, Samantha fostered a love for all things performance from a very young age. Samantha is a do-it-all artist who is always ready to take on new challenges, play and learn.Samantha is passionate about being a part of projects that have a meaningful impact on the community. After graduating from Randolph College for the Performing Arts, Samantha quickly became immersed in the Toronto Theatre world. Samantha has worked for many companies around Toronto including The Theatre Centre, Groundling Theatre, Modern Times Stage Company, Aluna Theatre, Red Betty Theatre, Tarragon Theatre and Nightwood Theatre. Samantha is so excited to be a part of the Cahoots team again as their new Producer and can't wait to be a part of all the projects this wonderful company has to offer. Greetings from Our Team... Hello friends! We hope you’re keeping well and warm as fall barrels toward winter. We are pleased to share with you our artistic slate for 2024/25, this time around with all of our programming falling in the new year.
2021/22 marked 35 years of Cahoots Theatre, and the conclusion of our season brought with it our return to the stage after two years exclusively in the online realm. In 2022/23 we are thrilled to be continue engaging in living performance, and to also share online community initiatives that allow us to interact with, get to know, and have artistic explorations with the public. We can't wait!

For five days in June, Cahoots will hold a series of in-person community events at Factory’s Studio Theatre. Included will be Financially and GRADually, our budgeting workshop for independent theatre artists and intro-to-the-industry workshop for new grads — this time both for larger audiences. Also on the docket is an encore presentation of Tanisha’s Directed By session; The Stage Is Yours — a traditional open stage for singers, instrumentalists, songwriters and poets; Hang, an introductory meet & greet with us for new production managers/designers/stage managers who fall under our mandate; the very first in-person PepperPot gathering for theatre students of colour, and more… Keep your ears to the ground for all of the info, and join us next June!
